Exercise is important, even if you are busy exercise for at least 30 minutes. If you are lazy person and don’t like exercise, follow the tips for healthy life style –
- Drink water, at least 5-6 glasses or 102 oz.
- Take stairs instead of lifts and escalators
- Ditch oily and deep fried food and junk foods
- Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables
- Walk as much you can and whenever its possible
- Eat in small proportions at a proper time
- Don’t skip breakfast
- Less intake of salt
